The most popular areas for property in Greece are Crete, Corfu, the Peloponnese, Mykonos, Kefalonia, Rhodes and Zante. Each of these areas has a page on the website with more information but a summary is as follows:
Crete - largest and most popular Greek island with excellent year around weather and great value for money. Crete is the most southerly point in Europe and has everything you could ask for plus two international airports at Heraklion and Chania.

The Peloponnese – the southern Greek mainland, connected to the rest of the Greek mainland by a small strip of land at Corinth. Easily accessible via Kalamata international airport or the new highway from Athens. This is an unspoiled area with an “island” feel and unspoiled by mass tourism – a little like Corfu from 20 years ago. There are many sandy beaches, stunning views, stone houses and tavernas with prices far lower than the Greek Islands as most food is locally grown including the world famous Kalamata olive oil.

The Hidden Gems
The following locations are some of the other “hidden gems” which we have in Greece:
Lefkada / Lefkas (Ionian Islands) - between Corfu and Kefalonia is the small island of Lefkada which is actually connected to the mainland via a small bridge. Lefkada is said to have some of the best beaches in Greece and has a beautiful unspoiled coastline. The local airport is Preveza (Action). Search for Lefkada Property.
West / Ionian Coast (Mainland) - the mainland across from Lefkas and Kefalonia is known as the Ionian Coast. We have some stunning properties here where you can go sailing by day and watch the sun set in to the sea in the evening. The local airport is Preveza (Action). Search for West / Ionian Coast Property.
Kalymnos (Dodecanese Islands) - a small island in the south eastern Mediterranean, famous for sponge diving and for rock climbing, as it has some amazing rock formations rising up from the sea. Kalymnos is for people who want to get away from it all and the properties here offer amazing value for money and stunning views. Kalymnos has a small domestic airport which can be accessed via Athens or otherwise, you can fly to Kos and hop on a 30 minute boat ride. Search for Kalymnos Property.
Skopelos (Sporades Islands) - located next to Skiathos and Alonissos in the northern Aegean, Skopelos is a green Island which has a lovely quaint feel and makes everyone fall in love with it. Much of “Mamma Mia” was filmed here, but it is still very unspoiled as it does not have an airport. The best way to get here is a flight to Skiathos, and then a 1 hour boat hop across.
