The lounge has white walls and a high wooden vaulted ceiling and Italian candelabras with Murano glass. The floor is stone and has underfloor heating. This is a large room which has 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and coffee table and still feels airy and spacious.
Balcony 2 is a fabulous space which has plenty of room for sun loungers as well as table and chairs. The views to the left are across to Drapanos and Souda Bay and then sweeping right across the forest valley you can see along Georgioupolis Beach and out to Rethymnon.
Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with a huge bed and floor to ceiling wardrobes. It opens to the side balcony. It too, has a vaulted ceiling and is a light, bright room.
Bedroom 4 is presently used as a dressing room there is space for a double bed. It too, has access to the side balcony.
Bathroom 2 has a large corner Jacuzzi bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet. It is fully tiled in Indian decorative stone and has a domed style roof.
The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, storage and worktop areas.
Exiting from the front door takes you to the front terrace where there is space for a table and chairs and to the left of this is a garden terrace area which is ideal for BBQs. It has table, chairs and umbrella and is nicely planted.
Beyond the wall of the garden terrace are 2 clearly defined areas, one of which could easily accommodate a pool and the other would be perfect for fruit and vegetable growing.
