Construction in this area is controlled to maintain the character of the village and the photos in our photo gallery show example designs which have been superimposed onto the plot(s) which would comply with the building requirements. The 900sqm plot is a superb one as it is almost level and building costs would, therefore be much lower. It is on the lower edge of the village and has a good sea view as well as those across open farmland and olive groves. The shape of the plot is roughly rectangular and all normal village services are available including a taverna with a pool which is open to visitors within the village. Ligres is less than a 5 minute drive away and this offers several other smaller tavernas and the beach as does Agia Fotini.

The larger 1800sqm plot is again roughly rectangular, gently sloping with a few stone terrace walls and several mature olive trees.

The village location is unique in that this is not simply a newly built development style village but an old village which has been rebuilt and restored to the charming place it once was. The first buildings to be restored several years ago not look well established in their matured gardens covered with bougainvillea and surrounded by lush green plants. Approx 5Kms away is the nearest village is Kerames with the larger village of Spili nearby which has a good range of facilities including a health centre, supermarkets and banking services.
