Additional information:

Once the property is completely fitted out, a rental income guarantee package can be offered based on 4% of the purchase price - 4,800 Euros for the 84sqm villas and 8,000 Euros for the 111sqm villas. This amount would be paid annually at the end of each year.

Travel information from the UK/Europe:
